Magnolia Gardens Restaurant In Humble, Tx

Magnolia Gardens is a restaurant in Humble, Texas located at 601 First Street. My wife has visited this Humble restaurant on several occasions but I have just accompanied her there once. I order a grilled chicken breast sandwich and one of their specialty teas and enjoyed both immensely. Below you will find a photo gallery and reviews of the Magnolia Gardens restaurant and tea room written by my wife and her mother.

Reviews By My Wife And Mother-In-Law

For years my mom had been telling me about how much she enjoyed going to a tea room. Since we lived so far apart we didn’t go together until my mom came to visit me in Texas. We found the Magnolia Garden Restaurant and Tea Room in Humble TX and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Its quaint atmosphere includes cozy tables surrounded by flowers and bible verses. For lunch, we had a tasty Tortilla soup with a tostada. I loved the wide selection of teas, health drinks, smoothies, iced coffees, almost so many that it is hard to decide which one to have. It definitely makes you want to go back. Luckily, if you can’t make a decision, they have a really neat Gift Shop that gives you the opportunity to take home some of the teas that you wanted to try. In addition, there are fabulous gift baskets put together for both males and females. I am a big fan of gift baskets as gifts. I usually can’t find a gift basket that has the personality that I strive for when I am giving a gift. Their gift baskets are so unique that you can almost see the person that you are giving the gift to. There is really very little I would feel I needed to add to them.

While staying in the Houston area, I had the delightful experience of visiting the Magnolia Garden Restaurant and Tea Room in Humble, TX. My daughter & I spent the afternoon enjoying each others company and cooling off with a tall glass of iced tea. The food was absolutely delicious. The charming decor of teacups and flowers made it easy for us to set aside our cares and worries. I had been feeling homesick that day and when I glanced around the room, I discovered that my favorite scripture verse was decorating the wall above me. By the time we left, we both felt refreshed and renewed. I am looking forward to visiting the Magnolia Garden and Tea Room again with my daughter on my next trip to Texas.

El Jalapeno A Mexican Restaurant in Humble Tx

El Jalapeno Mexican Cafe is a restaurant in Humble, Texas found just off the FM 1960 East at the street number 5324. My wife and I recently visited this restaurant and found that they served excellent food. The two of us ordered Fajitas and I would have to say that the spices used on the chicken and beef were perfect. In addition the wait staff was very friendly and our glasses were never empty.

My Wife’s Review

Today I enjoyed a wonderful meal of the traditional homemade chips and salsa to start that was followed by beef and chicken fajitas with a mango margarita, and flan for desert at the El Jalapeno Mexican Cafe. It was very apparent by the smell and texture of the food that it was made with fresh ingredients. The tortillas were warmed, the guacamole and pico de gallo was fresh with just the right amount of seasonings, the meat sizzled and was real meat not the processed chicken and beef that is sometimes found at restaurants today, all combined with a festive, family-fun atmosphere. I plan to revisit this welcoming restaurant in the near future during their Saturday night karaoke from 7-11pm.

Neaobbes Cafe Review

Neaobbes Café is located at 5311L FM 1960 East which is a little over two miles East of Highway 59. It is a small charming restaurant adjoined by a craft shop. They serve a pleasant twist on American cuisine shown by their Turkey club served on a crescent with their secret sauce. My wife Golda and I have attended the restaurant several times and find the food good and the owner personable. I would suggest stopping by for a lunch sometime in the near future. And please take the time to write your own review in the comments section at the bottom of the page.

Golda’s Review of Neaobbes Cafe

I have visited Neaobbes café a couple of times now. The first time, they were just about to close for the night, but the owner let us in any way and fed us. I had a really good taco salad and my husband had a chicken sandwich. Believe it or not, desert is free! I love desert, so it is really nice to have an excuse to include desert with your meal. While you are waiting for your food, you can watch a television that they play movies and tv shows or browse through the assortment of crafts. You can even buy the tables that are all uniquely decorated handcrafted carving. If you enjoy crafts, food and supporting small businesses, you will enjoy visiting Neaobbes café.
