Summerwood A Master Planned Community
Summerwood can be found off of Beltway 8 and W. Lake Houston parkway in Humble, Texas. It is a master planned community, priced between $130,000 and $500,000. The Summerwood subdivision is made up of 1,500 acres with over 200 acres set aside for nature preserves, walking trails and parks. The home sites are tucked under a canopy of trees and surrounded by neighborhood parks.

Fall Creek A Master Planned Community
Fall Creek subdivision is a master planned community located just 15 miles from downtown Houston and just over 8 miles to the Bush Intercontinental Airport. The Fall Creek subdivision is laid out in a series of smaller village communities surrounding the Redstone golf course. The development has two sets of aquatic parks with water slides similar to what you would find at a resort. In addition to the water parks you will not athletic facilities such as tennis courts, bike trails, and hiking trails. Fall Creek is zoned to the Humble ISD which is noted as an exceptional school district. In my opinion the subdivision has the best location for making your way around the metro area of all the Northeast Houston master planned communities.

Walden On Lake Houston A Golf Course Community
Walden On Lake Houston is a very popular master planned golf course community in Atascocita just minutes from George Bush Intercontinental Airport. Walden On Lake Houston is made up of 750 acres bordering on Lake Houston and once completely built out will be home to 2,000 families. The community is laid out in eight different village subdivisions. Wrapped around the eighteen whole golf course with scenic water ways cutting through the subdivisions. The development boasts a very active country club, athletic courts and a large recreational pool open during the spring and summer months. It is one of Humble’s most prized subdivisions and is nearing completion. In the Houston metro area the first three years following a master planned community’s completion the subdivision will often experience much higher than normal appreciation. If you are contemplating buying a home in the greater Humble area I strongly suggest you take the time to tour Walden On Lake Houston.
