The Villages of Tour 18 are a set of new home subdivisions surrounding Houston’s version of the Tour 18 golf course located in Humble Texas. Currently, only two of the Tour 18 subdivisions have begun construction, the first being Lakes of Tour 18 and the second Estates of Tour 18. Both of these excellent subdivisions have entrances off of Will Clayton Prkwy, just two miles from Hwy 59 which provides a quick and easy commute to downtown and a ten minute drive to the Bush Intercontinental Airport. Yet, the commute is not the most prized feature, it is the Tour 18 golf course that is modeled after the 18 most famous holes in the United States. This is what makes these homes the golfer’s dream.
