My broker has just made available a brand new map-based MLS search that allows home buyers to search all listings by all real estate companies in one place. This home search platform is new to the Houston real estate market but not new to real estate in general. The technology was developed by Diverse Solutions which is based out of California and is very popular in Phoenix and the West Coast. The new homes search allows for RSS feeds, which means really simple syndication, that allows properties to be automatically sent to any RSS feed reader or your email as soon as new homes come on to the market. It allows you to save properties and make notes to attach to the properties. This search platform will even give you access to sold property information that will allow you to check comparables to see that properties are priced appropriately.
