Unfortunately, we only get them passing through in the summer time, to rainy, snowy and cold during the winter. I grew up in Texas and have a lot of family there, I can't tell you how much I miss the weather when I sit here freezing my tail off :) I love these small carnivals like this, we usually go to at least one every year, these and the circus are our things.
